Who am I buying from?

Dotcom Racing was started back in 2000, our goal is to help consumer with low pricing and quality product that is affordable to everyone. We try to import items for overseas, so that we can provide a better price then other sellers. Here in Dotcom, we do not believe in over charging customers, but we do believe in returning customer's business. In the past it has shows that, because of our pricing, many of our customer has returned to us for more items. So click around on our website, feel free to ask any questions about any item or price that you have question on.


What is your Shipping Policy?

Shipping Carrier:
UPS and USPS -- The service it will depend on the size of the items. Our shipping department will have the final decision.

* For Paypal user, we only ship products to Paypal Confirmed Address. If you don’t meet this requirement, please choose other payment options or email us.

* We only ship to 48 lower state, APO, FPO, HI, AK, GU, PR, and, VI.

* We do not do C.O.D or Will call / Pick Up.

* Items are shipped out Monday through Friday only. Any weekend / holiday orders will be processed on the following business day. * 9.75% sales tax is applied to all California resident.

What is your Return Policy?

As our mission goal, is that we are here to help customer with better pricing. With better pricing we also stand behind our product, most of our item are hand checked before it is ship out to any of our customer. But at times there might be some damage in the process of shipping.

So if there is any problem please feel free to contact us at dotcomracinginfo@gmail.com and let our customer service know, we will be more then happy to help you return the item.

All item will need to be pre-authorized, if item are return without being authorized, our return department will refuse the package and return back to customers. All item will need to be returned within 30days after receiving the product. If any item are return after 30days we will refuse and send the package back to the buyer.

Office Hour: 9:00am - 6:00pm PST Monday - Friday

Weekend and Major Holiday are close, all order or question will be process the following business day.
